2. Delivery days of the week

For local orders (Catalonia), we deliver from Monday to Saturday.

For national orders (rest of Spain), we deliver from Tuesday to Saturday.

3. Approximate delivery times

Local orders (Catalonia) placed before 1:00 PM from Monday to Thursday will be delivered within 24 business hours. After that time, or from Friday to Sunday, they will be delivered within 48 business hours. For example, orders received on Friday will be received on Tuesday.

Local orders (Catalonia) placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday for delivery by the carrier on Tuesday.

National orders (rest of Spain) received from Monday to Thursday before 1:00 PM will be delivered within 48 business hours. If the order is placed after this time, delivery will be within 72 business hours. For example, orders received on Friday will be received on Wednesday.

National orders (rest of Spain) placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday for delivery on Wednesday, as additional shipping time is required.

Shipping days, always calculated based on business days, will be delivered by courier and vary by province and/or country. Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). These dates are always clearly indicated on the product page next to any store options and throughout the entire purchasing process.

4. Submission process, User rights and limitations

To maintain health and safety and guarantee the highest quality of our products, we use a temperature-controlled chain to keep them fresh and in good condition during transport. Our insulated boxes are double-walled, and we also use ice packs. They meet all thermal and leak-proof requirements. For example, they are used to transport medical supplies.

We offer a Click & Collect service so that users can conveniently place their order through the online store and pick it up at our location at the Mercat Central in Sabadell. Once it’s ready, we notify users via WhatsApp for physical pickup.

Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Fridays are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays are from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Sundays are closed.

7. Cancellation of orders

Orders can be canceled free of charge (by calling 93 715 56 32) up until the shipment is complete, i.e., while the package is in the preparation phase. If we receive a cancellation notice after the package has shipped, it will be considered a return. Returns can be made up to 7 days after receiving the product. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
