Joana Gorina Turull opens the stall on Passeig Manresa, to support the family after they were disinherited.

The street market on Passeig de Manresa closes and the Central Market of Sabadell is inaugurated, at which point the street shop will move to a physical space and the Central Market of Sabadell will be inaugurated, at which point we will move from being a street shop to having a physical space within the market.
1998
The market is closed for renovation and the stallholders move back to Passeig Manresa in a temporary tent while the works continue.
2004
The remodeled central market is reopened, making the Sabadell market one of the reference markets within the national scope for its services and the major remodeling that was carried out.
2008
Àlex Castany Sanmartí decides to enter the family business fully while he is finishing his final degree project.
2010
The butcher shop opens, because until now the company had only been dedicated to selling chicken and poultry in general.
2014
Japan opens its borders to wagyu, and in September 2014 we began working with this material.
2016
We changed the location of the butcher shop, acquiring a larger, much more central and modern space.
2018
We are official members of the Japanese Kobe Association, becoming the first butcher shop in all of Spain to be able to legally sell this product.

Cesca Sanmartí, fifth generation and person in charge of leading the change, dies of an illness, Àlex Castany takes over the management of the business.
